White spots look like pimples. Eats like a pig. Very active. shows no signs of stress. Had for about 10 days. No other fish in the tanks show signs

I don't think that's Ich or Velvet. The white spots look to be protruding out; not under the skin. Is this correct?

Could be Brook or worms of some sort. Hard to tell from the grainy pic. Is there any thick white mucus covering the body? Or does it look like the skin is peeling/sloughing off? Look here.

Yes spots are protruding out. no white mucus or skin peeling. Also he does not scratch at all. Will try and get a better pic.

Maybe lymphocystis
Hard to tell from the vid

heres a good pic of a regal with lympho

Just keep a good diet for him ,soak food with selcon or vita-chem ,keep stress levels low in the tank and keep good water quality ..
There is no real "cure" for it ..
It has to run its course ,,usually a month
