Help ID worm ?

Hello,

Can someone tell me the name of this worm and if it's bad or good to have it ?

It's has been over there since the first day I got the LR. It just seems to move a little around for some time and then back to his cave.

My best guess from your photo is that it appears to be a polyclad flatworm, a predator of many tank inhabitants. If so, I'd get rid of it as soon as you can.

Yes it looks more like a chiton, it is ok to left it there or I have to remove it ?
