I bought 4 seahorses online, it doesn't say it was captive or wild caught, I've noticed there are a bunch of small flat white round shaped bugs around my sea horses, they look like tiny bed bugs. Or horseshoe crabs.
Are these Argulus?
I would recommend trying a freshwater dip for up to 12 to 14 minutes to see if this would enough to dislodge them. It is likely they probably have a parasitic load within the oral cavity and gills as well.
