they look like white bugs very small anyone know what they are

probablly pods. if they are one the glass proabaly copepods. www.melevsreef.com/id look under pods. the pics are blown up of course. copepods are tiny, just a few mm long.

They are good, very good, they keep everything in check in the sand bed and on the LR. they help keep things clean.

Pods, how old is your tank? Depending on if you have fish or not, some fish will eat pods and cut down on the amount in the tank. But pods are not a bad thing, i wouldn't worry about them.
