help identify red sores

My french angel ....third day in tank directly from ocean this appeared...eating like pig.can Anyone tell what this is and how to treat..I also had to freshwater dip due to flukes

Uronema and/or a bacterial infection. I'd do the standard ridich+ bath (5ml ridich+ in a gallon of water, heavy aeration for 1 hour) and then treat in a separate system for a week with maracyn plus or kanaplex. Monitor ammonia and use ammolock or some other ammonia reducer because the antibiotic treatment is going to destroy the biofilter. I usually just do this in a 5 gallon bucket (heater, powerhead, aeration) and change the water 100% every 3 days. Transfer to a cycled QT and observe until the sore heals.
