Help identify this flower Live rock

Can anyone tell me what this is it looks like a flower and it is definitely alive it retracts "hides" when I get to close there are two of them on my live rock bottom right corner the light color flower thing

Ok so I'm guessing there safe I didn't notice what it was till I got close and it hid all the feathers into the rock

"Copperband angel for aptasia"... I assume you mean a copperbanded butterfly fish for aiptasia?
