Help iding whatever this is

I found this on my rock about a month ago but from closer examination it looks like it actually might be some kind of zoa

I did some research, it says the best way to kill them is with Kali paste, where do I even get it

Being that the colony looks pretty small, you could just smother them with some epoxy. It would be like putting two or three pieces of chewed gum over them.

Ok will do the epoxy thing, do they spread quick, they haven't spread noticeably since I found them

Depending the size of your tank and water volume, don't do too much. DO small bits at a time. Adding way too much can affect your alk.

My tank is 34 gallons so I'll try the regular epoxy first than if it doesn't work move to the kalk paste
