First, I hope the picture attached!

Second, is it ich? Just got it from Live Aquatics two weeks ago.
If it is ich, this is a first for me. Please point me in a direction.

Thanks,
Ed

It's Lymphocystis

Thanks Throewer. Doesn't look like Lymphocystis can be treated.

I'm going to try and get some better pictures to be sure.

PS- if it's ich I'll never be able to capture the fish to a QT. I'd have remove all the rock and coral.

Thoughts?

Definitely not ich.
I agree that it looks like lymphocystis.

Lymphocystis generally doesn't require treatment (little can be done anyway). If the water quality is ok and the fish is otherwise fit and healthy it should go away without intervention.
Lymphocystis is virus infection. There are many strains of the virus and each seems to be rather specific to a certain fish family if not species, so it is rather unlikely that that other fish will get infected - unless you have more of the same species or family.

Two things can be done:
1. Boost the fish's immune system with food additives like beta glucan and of course make sure that the water quality is good and the fish is not constantly stressed out.
2. If the growth is on the edges of the fins you could cut it off. But this is something I would generally advise against. The only cases where physical removal is indicated is when the growth is is impairing the fish from eating or swimming.

Can't tell you all how much your help is appreciated!!!

FishN00b83- No I didn't QT them. But all of the fish in there (except the Tang) arrived in one shipment and from the same source.
