HELP! long black worm w/ white tips & red

please help identify this evil looking worm! Is it dangerous? It appeared 8 inches long & it looked like it had plenty more in it's hole in the live rock! It is jet black with tentacles coming out of it's had that are white & black. It appears to have a few red spots. The body looks a little like a black bristle worm, but it's head is from outa space.
