Help me analysis my 1st time results

I have just purchased my own API test kit and have the following results:

Salinity 1.025
Kh 12
NO3 0
PO 0
Calcium 280 (i cannot seem to raise this)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Some more info:

This test was completed at 10:30 am.
The lights had been on about 30 minutes.

I usually run my lights around 10hrs a day.

How have you been trying to raise your Ca?

My first guess without knowing much about your setup, your magnessium is low.

i have increased the homemade a&b to 8 capfuls of each per day. I really don't know if i should keep it at those levels due to the ak going up to 12. I added mag about 6 weeks ago.

Make sure your saliniity is correct....refractometer calibrated with PinPoint 53mS fluid
Check your Mg levels

Get salinity/SG is 35/1.0264
Mg to ~1350...you can use the online calculator for this
Then get Ca to 425-450 level
