If I were you - and you have the option to - I'd take back the HP and get a MAC - I can't get anything to work right on my Vista lap top... I swear - every time I turn around it's something new... This week it's my Nike+ and Itunes - seems that Nike plus doesn't agree with Vista...

i can't play my purchased music from yahoo music like i could with xp, since it will not let me download yahoo music engine even though it says its vista compatible. So there are liciense issues and will not let me play some of my music.

Most computers at best buy charge a restocking fee unless it was an "open box" item
