Help me determine what is on my blue tang please :)

Hello, so i have had the tank (100L) set up for well over half a year and introduced fish this month. My blue tang just recently yesterday now has a white fungis looking growth near its mouth. Can anyone identify what it is and what treatment ill need to do? Thanks very much for any help.

I would do a massive water change. Looks like a bacterial infection and keep an eye over the week

Regal Blues are known for getting head and lateral line disease... have you ruled that out?

Thanks for the replies I'll change my water and see how that goes. If nothing changes I'll keep the thread posted.
