I got this Sailfin Tang with a neglected setup!!!
He has HLLE bad!!! Ive read that good water and diet are the way to go!!!

Any advice on how to help him get better!!!!

Good diet, vitamins, excellent water, and time, will almost always take care of HLLE. IMO, though, this fish will never really thrive in a 110 tall, not enough swimming room. Isn't a 110 tall less tan 48" long?

Its a 4 footer!!!
Yeah I know I'll have to find him a bigger home but till then I wanna get him on the road to recovery!!!!
