Help Me ID My Saddleback

I've had this (what I believe to be) saddleback clown for approximately 5 years. I want to attempt to pair it with another saddleback but I want to be sure I purchase the correct mate. I've had it for about 3 years in my 75G tank. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Black variant saddleback. The black variety have 3 full stripes.

Would it be a bad idea to attempt pairing my variant with a misbar? My goal is not to breed and raise them but simply have a pair.
