Help me with my Blasto Wellsi Please

I received a colony of red w green lace about 3 weeks ago. I placed them on the sand about 16 inches below my lights (150W 14K phoenix w 2 x 65w actinics). They looked ok at first but then the red and green started to fade a little. I can also see the "skeleton" ridges / bumps underneath the polyps sticking up. I moved them so that they would get a little less light but no change. I have now moved them to a very shady place. I target feed all of my lps a couple of times a week and this blasto takes the food (mysis, cyclopeeze, zooplankton, all mixed) like the others. Should I just leave them in this shady area for a few days. Does fading color usually indicate too much or not enough light? I emailed the online vendor and he indicated that they came from a tank with a very old 20K 150W bulb. Thanks!

Tank Parameters 1.025, 8.5 DKH, 450 Calc, 8.1 PH, No ammonia Nitrites Nitrates.

IME blastos dont appreciate a ton of light, mine usually do best in shaded areas with a very moderate current. HTH

how do you feed them? I have had mine and they are growing fine, but I never see any sweeper tentacles or anything else that would make me think they are hungry or would eat.

I feed all of my lps and ricordia etc. I turn off the pumps and spot feed them with a plastic syringe by gently blowing the mysis cyclopeez mush onto the polyps. they will close around the food and eat it within a minute or 2. the only problem is keeping my cleaner shrimp from stealing the food!
