help me with my diamond goby

i have an orange spotted diamond goby and i woke up this morning at about 7 to him swimming along the glass close to the top. the lights don't come on until 10. i even shot some food in close to him with a syringe and he ate a few chunks. normally he never eats just cleans the sand. what could be making him swim like a normal fish?

perfect, just tested yesterday. 0 phos 0 nitrates. /1.025./ 8.2/ 77 temp.

he has gone back to the bottom since my post but is it normal for them to swim? he was staying near the corner; looked like he was cleaning the glass. he looks like he is imitating my lawnmower blenny.

hasnt been any form 4 months. plus the rock was cured once i got it. i am very on top of my numbers and parameters and water changes i have a cpr aeroforce skimmer and a gfo reactor. i was figuring that he was hungry and maybe looking for food considering he has cleaned the sand so much. like i said he ate the rods food original blend when i fed. plus now he is back down at the bottom doing his normal thing.
