What kind of lighting do you have over it? How long have you had it? What size tank? Are those water params from today?

yes they are all from today its a 38 gal. under 4 36 inch HO 6700k lights i think its around 150watts. he has been in there for about 3 months and has been great undtill this week. he is still attached cause i cant get him off but just fully deflated

It does not look good!

I suggest you do a large water change, at least 30%. Large water changes always seem to help correct issues when nothing else can be found.

Did this happen a day after you fed it?
How long are the lights on for?
How old are the bulbs? I am guessing they are T5HO.
What measurement are you using to get an alk of "180ish"???

this did start to happen a day after i fed him and the bulbs are 3 months old so they are fine. he is still attached and moving now so he is still alive

They normally deflate the day after a feeding to clean themselves out. Make sure it has good water flow to aid in the waste removal. I still suggest a good size water change soon.
