Help, my 4 outlet Pb just went OFF

Guys,
I need help!!!!! Just out of the blue my 4-bar went off..i checked everything and what i found if i manually override it start working,soon as unchecked PB goes off... I took it apart and all fuses are OK.. And for some reason I cant reset my water level alarm
What can it be?......

Found the problem....Looks like my water sensor is sticking

Ok,
i try to clean and reset water level sensor and still the same problem
On the level page i have:current sensor is delayed
What could it be, just out of the blue this water sensor field on me

maybe matthias can help

Hi Mike,

there are 3 possibilities:
- level sensor defective (maybe wire broken in the plug?)
- ProfiLux defective
- error in settings

I will contact you directly for further support.

Me emailing you at gone 11pm last night with help and now live support with matthias, you are blessed!

So from your email this morning it does look like the float switch has got sticky. Not uncommon with reef tanks. usually a good clean sorts it out.

But after taking a look at the photo you sent to me the wire coming out of the fixing bracket does not look over happy so it quite possibly could be a broken wire. Hard to see from the photo but this would be my first area of research.

Let us know for definate by email as i am not always here, and then I can sort something out for you.

Great support i have to admit that..That was one of the reasons i got Profilux

Affter talking to Michael, turns out i got a bad sensor from the beggining. But funny things is that sensor was working great from the beggining.
