help- my 6060 stopped working

I noticed no flow on coral polyps on half my tank. found that the 6060 stream was not working. I cleaned everything thourougly and it is still totally dead.

any suggestions on what to do/try?

If you took it apart based on the photos in the thread at the top of the forum Roger will likely have to get with you to send it in for repair

If you did a thorough cleaning and gave the pump time to cool off (they turn off when overheated) and that didn't solve the problem you should send it in for repair. Include a return address and phone number with the return of the pump.

My 6060 has done the same thing. It is barely turning and when I put it in the tank it will not turn in the correct direction.

Anything special that has to be done to send it in for repair or just pay for the shipping to get it there?

it works after taking the entire pump apart- the bottom magnet was stuck to the base.
