Check for AEFW. Sounds like a full scale infestation. Sps can fight them off for a long time only showing Tissue loss of the base but then they hit a point and Rtn. Seen it time and time again. Pull one out and dip it in a white bucket. Spray the coral real good and look at the bottom of the bucket. They are almost transparent so hard to see but a small slightly brown blob moving and you have your answer.,
