Help! My friends carpet is struggling/dying

Hi!
My friend bought a Haddoni last thursday, but it seems to be in bad shape.
Can anyone tell me what the situation here is, and how to possibly correct it?
His light is 2 Key led at 84W, and 1 Key led at 130W. Tank size is appr. 90g.

Forgot to mention that it hasn`t been fed yet, as it is stated several places that you should wait til it has settled down...

That is not how a healthy S. haddoni will look when expelling waste.

What size tank?
What are your current parameters -- with numbers please.
How long has the tank been set up?
How long have you had the anemone?
What do you have for flow?
What the anemone shipped or picked up at an LFS?
Are you acclimating it to your lights?

Like I said in the first post, it`s not mine, so I don`t have all the facts;-)
Tanksize - 90g
Tank parameters - I don`t know except he told me it all was within normal.
He has had the anemone for appr. a week
Flow is Boyu WM-3, except he only uses two pumps instead of all 4.(I think I now have made him connect the other two as well)
It has been shipped from sri lanka (I think) to Norway on 1,5 weeks ago, and then picked up from LFS some days later.
It was acclimated to the lights.

I also found out yesterday that he hasn`t been running a skimmer:( So, while waiting for his skimmer to arrive from HK, he now uses the deltec 9002, I think, or a airstone skimmer...
I saw the anemone at the LFS myself before he bought it, and it looked fine to me then.

I have read whatever I can find about the Haddoni, and tried to help my buddy, but I was hoping for some additional "expert-advise" from some of you with experience, since I have appr. none:-P

Going to need to find out the parameters -- normal doesn't tell me anything.
He should still be acclimating to the lights if he has only had it for a week and a half. I usually use window screening (( not sure if that is common in Norway )) between the lights and the tank. I use 3 layers, with removing a layer every 5-7 days.

Been keeping S. haddonis for 15+ years, and have seen this behavior before -- would start running fresh carbon and do some large water changes. There is a possiblilty that the anemone will go back to looking great, and than look even worse shortly afterwards.

S. haddonis are not fans of high flow, so that needs to be watched -- not familiar with the pumps you mentioned.

Here is the parameters:
KH - 7,7
MG - 1380
Ca - 470
NO2 - 0
NO3 - 0
SG - 1.023
PH - 8,2-8,4
Temp - 24,5 yesterday, 26 today.

Not sure where to buy window screening. But he uses 3 LED lamps, where each has 3 groups which can be turned on seperately. Wouldn`t that do much the same as far as light-intensity goes?

I would raise up the SG to 1.0256, but don't think that is the current issue.

Can those lights be adjusted, as in running at 25% intensity, 50%, etc?

Do you know how deep is his sandbed?

Hmm, it is 3 groups, so 33, 66 and 100 percent. The groups can't be dimmed though. They are bought at fish-street.com...
