Help my Urchin

So we just noticed my urchins eye is messed up. It has little bumps all over it and is not its normal size. He is streachin his eye twards his feelers and is rubbing it.

Its a black spine orange eye urchin

Any ideas. What do i need to do to help him if i can.

then it went normal for 20 and then now its gone inside it.
