Help Needed - Preparing to Move my tank

So the day is drawing near for me to move my tank. I would like to request the help of my fellow reefers if possible.

Things I have I already have

Courtesy of The Coral Reef in Startford CT:
150 gallon rubbermaid tub
6 - 5 Gallon buckets with waterproof lids
Assorted plastic fish/corals bags

Thank you so much Donna, John and Kris for allowing me to use these items. It is really appreciated.

Additional things I have:
Styro Coolers - Thanks Dave! (Triggreef)
Regular Coolers

Additional things I would like to borrow if possible:

If anyone buys or has the containers from the premixed saltwater, I believe from Nutri-Seawater that I can borrow I would really appreciate it, trying to bring as much water as possible from my current system

200+ Watt heaters, I'm planning on having about 100 gallons in this tub (which will be located in a basement, an its a little on the colder side) I have one extra but I'd like to be on the safe side)

Powerheads of higher flow, I have a few Koralia 1400's but could always use more.

My rockwork is two large structures cemented together that have alot of zoas and some encrusting montis that i cannot remove, my idea (well ChrisKids) was to use thick garbage bags and soak news paper in saltwater and trasfer everything like LR is done, the drive is about 20-25 minutes (i'll drive like hell) to get them to the new place. I will also clip all other encrusted branching pieces as i'm sure they will break in transport.

All fish and loose coral will be bagged and transported in coolers.

Question: - Has anyone ever put a vortech on these rubbermaid tubs?

If you can think of anything I may be forgetting or I should consider please let me know!!!

I will be at the meeting this month so I could pick up there if possible.

hey bud, i got out of reefing all together but if im around i am happy to help lift some stuff. shoot me a txt

Thanks man, you're the best, one of the first reefers that invited me into his home for beers and tested all my water and talked reef all day.

Hope you'll be back at some point.

I'll shoot ya a text

Also I think i still have my 1000 watt inverter so you could run a. Heater and an air stone in transit. Also I wouldn't worry too much about bringing your water make new a very minimal amount of your biological filtration is in the water biggest thing is same temp and salinity there actually was an article on tank moving in a reefing magazine I just bought

The only reason I want to bring as much water with me is keeping things balanced, and just having extra water on hand. Also I havent worked out the kinks on setting up an RO/DI water change section yet. I'd like to shock the corals as little as possible in the process.

Im also going to be moving tanks soon from my Apt to the new house I just bought. Thankfully I have a small 46 tank now thats being moved to a 57 rimless in the new house. My house also is about 10-15 mins away from where I live now so not a far ride to travel.
I am setting up the tank this week with water, live sand, and live rock to get the new tank running and hopefully a no cycle or very short one.

I was thinking of just adding my rock to 2 coolers with water right from my tank ( temp and correct salt ) and then just driving to my house and adding it to my new tank then.
Really hoping for no cycle with the new tank, or a very small one. No fish will be in there but there will be corals ( lps ) in the tank.

Ok good, as long as it will work I don't have to worry about additional powerheads...well I dont think I'll have to anyway...

Anyone got any heaters lying around I could borrow?
