Help needed

I need some help deciding on a couple items.

I need 2 4"fans. What, where, and why? I am not looking at Ice caps variable speed vans. IMO, they suck when the controller breaks and they stick on high.

Also, I need a vho ballast and wiring for a 2 bulb 72" setup. What, why and Where? I already picked up the end caps and mounts.

Mark, I have the Scythe S-Flex Fan (ordered from jab-tech.com for about 13 each). The reason I got these is because they have a really good CFM to decibel ratio. They use fluid filled bearings made by Sony rather than metal bearings so there's no chance of corrosion. Believe me, you will get a lot of responses to this post and everyone will have their favorite, but I don't buy crap and so I chose these fans.

As far as the VHO ballast, the Icecap 430 or 660 was the best I could find. They are electronic ballasts and thus relatively quiet and put out less heat. I actually bought a 430 back when I was going to do MH's with actinic supp. I've since decided on an ATI T-5 fixture after talking with you at Your Reef, so I don't need my Icecap ballast. PM me if you're interested in it (It's sitting in my closet) and we can work something out.

Mikey. I was hoping you would chime in because I liked your fans.
I'll PM you on the ballast. Thanks for your help with those wood swatches. It helped me out a lot when I went to custom make my stain.
