Help Needed

I have a reef tank with alot of coral and live rock. My fish after a month now are getting a white fungus. It has happened over night. I can not catch my fish to move them. Is there anything i can treat them with in the main tank that will not hurt my coral?

Ther is a med. called Primafix which is supposedly all natural (its probably not, but it works very well) and it can be added to the main tank but protien skimmers and carbon filtration must be off
