help orange cap

my orange cap is getting white spots. why

first thing people are going to ask is for a picture... that would really help...

my orange cap frag fell over once and I didnt notice for a few days... after resting up against a rock, that area tunded white, but everything else looked great... maybe something happened to that spot...
