Help!!!! Picture intense!!

I had a flatworm out break in my tank and was told to fresh water dip my corals that were loose and use flatworm exit,

I know ill never fresh water dip my corals again due to the issues im having now but for now can i get some help on what i need to do to help my corals from dying!! There is a few pictures of the 2 im having issues with the first one im unsure what type of coral it is, i think some type of chalice perhaps. the 2nd set is a Pectinia Coral. It is about a 300 gallon reef tank. Water parameters are okay, i did a 110 gallon water change after the flatworm exit. Didn't show these signs until after the fresh water dip. Please tell me what to do and how to do it, then u can scold me on how i should never freshwater dip my corals.

Yes, that first one is a chalice. Both corals appear to be receding quickly, which is a bad sign. In my opinion, doing much of anything else right now would probably only upset them more. I'd be tempted to try to feed the chalice if it had any kind of feeding response. Riding it out and hoping there's something left at the end might be your best bet. Not what you want to hear, I know. I am not a fan of FW dips.

Ive heard super gluing where the skeleton meets the skin, or even fragging off a good part of it, would u do either of the following for the chalice?

Sad to hear that man.. I think everyone here has experienced that before. It sucks, but i think the best thing you can do is wait it out at this point. It might make it, it might not. But the more you mess with it, the more stress you'll cause. It's probably already on the road it's going to stay on. Recovery or not. I did that to a montipora cap once and it had a major polyp bailout, lost all it's color almost instantly, ooozed all up.. I was freaking out. But it's growing like a weed yet again and as orange as ever. Good luck!

Fresh water dipping a coral especially a sps will quickly kill it.

First off fresh water dipping should only be used to dip a fish for external parasites or a clam for pinched mantel (it has worked for me twice), fresh water dipping a coral is not even an option. A coral dip in some tank water, I use Reef Dip for the normal new coral 5 min dip, and if I see red bugs I add interceptor to that. Lugols is good also, as is Coral Revive, there are a few more as well.

Freshwater dip not so good for sps. Sorry you did that... Also FW exit works good, but it is a pain to use and not kill off everything. You need to run loads of carbon and several water changes within a short amount of time. Well, depending on the amount of FW's you have. Just figure about 2/3's more in the tank than what you can see. That's a lot of die off at one time.

Right now, keep checking your parameters, run loads of carbon, keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best.

I'm no expert but high phosphates can have a negative effect on sps coral. .25 is a little high I believe.

Never FWD an SPS. Softies can take it, however.

I would definitely start dipping all your new corals in coral r x or revive to prevent flatworms red bugs I hope your corals pole through .

While I would never dip an SPS or LPS.
You can fw dip softies, especially z's & p's, i've done it for years as a way to get rid/prevent nudi's.
