Help!! Please!! damage not disease....

Earlier I found my wifes dogface puffer with his face stuck to the input side of a maxijet1200...pretty much his eye stuck right to it. I shut off power and he swam off very stressed. Swelling has gone down a little now its just a little red and eye is foggy looking.....water in tank is cloudy....40 gal breeder..I did about a 15 gal water change. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

usually to repair anything, feed with garlic supplements and possibly throw in some melafix for marine systems (i think the regular with foam your skimmer bad) Hopefully it'll heal up.

I don't know what to do to help it heal but there's a good chance there is something else wrong with the fish. Anything other than the very smallest of fish should easily be able to stay off even the strongest powerheads if it's healthy.
