Help Please!!!!!!

One of my onyx clown fish has a pinkish/white bump on his head i was wondering if anyone knew what it is. the clown is still eating and swimming actively but i just dont want anything to happen to it. i can not get picture because it moves to much.

Does it look like it might be like a scratch on the clown or is the bump really raised like a blister, does it remind you of califlower?

look like a circle on the top on my fish head the outside rim is white and it pinkish in the center with like a hole or scratch mark. i hope it not an infection. i dont think it look like a califlower but what do you think this might be. someone told me it could just be a scratch from him trying to get food.

I would say probably a scratch/scrape or a bite also.
