Help Selecting T5 Lights

I'm starting up a new standard AGA 180g (72x24x24) SPS reef w/clams. I want to use T5 lighting but I know nothing about T5s. Can I get some advise on what to buy? I would appreciate information on:

Quantity of Bulbs
Wattage of Bulbs
Reflectors
Bulb Color
Mounting height off the water surface
