If your lps are dying too it has be water quality issue. Sps can be finicky but lps are a lot easier. I would check for nitrate and phosphates.

.16 phosphates is high Now some people will tell you that there tank is that high and thriving. But that's like me saying I can eat doughnuts everyday and be skinny. Well most of us can't
The problem with rocks leaching nutrients and having too much decaying matter is it brings on a new set of problems. Could be ph fluctuations and bacterial problems. What do you have for flow.
