Help! - Subtrate went in anemone's mouth

I had a rock fall and stir up some substrate. Some of the sand mixture fell on the anemone and there's some in it's mouth. What should I do?

Put a bit more flow on him and see if that helps.Also the anemoen may be able to remove some sand if its not really fine!

Okay I did just that. It's not fine sand (crushed coral).

Okay I think he should be able to remove most of it then with the help of the flow!

My carpet nem looks like it turns inside out when it injests something it doesn't like. Looks odd but he's back to normal in 1 - 2 hours.

He seems to be doing just fine. Actually looks better than it normally does.
