I don't think that's a swim bladder issue. Most likely an internal injury of some sort. Prognosis is bleak when they get like that, but you could try keeping the fish in Methylene Blue (1 ml per 2 gallons) in a QT: Methylene Blue – Marine Fish Diseases and Treatment

loooks like spinal injury or injury as mentioned above. Methylane blue will help bringing oxygen to all parts of the body and you can use antibiotics just in case it doent develop a bacterial infection if there is a cut or open wound etc
