help taking pictures

i have an older hp m407 4.1 mp camera what can i do to get decent pictures of my tank i know i need a tripod. but what else can i do

i dont if it will help much but..

you could turn off all your lights except the tank and not use any flash

What is wrong with the pictures? Blurry, color not right, etc.

But without those answers, turning off the pumps helps a lot.

its mainly that the pictures come out blurry, also its extreamly hard to get the camera to focus

I think it's time to upgrade. I just don't think that camera is cut out for reef photography.
