HELP Tomato Clown and Yellow Watchman Goby

I just added a yellow watchman to my 29 gallon reef tank which includes a fairly large tomato clownfish. I'm not sure if he is just trying to establish territory or if he has other intentions, but my tomato seems to chase him when he sees him so the watchman is hiding next to my overflow container at the back of the tank. Will they get along okay?

I had two sand sifting gobies in my 65g, and a pair of saddlebacks. Everything was fine until the saddles started maturing, and one day they decided the gobies had to go. Before I could separate them, the gobies were dead.
Clowns are cute, but they can be viscious. Gobies, for the most part, aren't very tough fish. I'd keep an eye on your two -- if the clown has decided the goby isn't welcome, she's more than capable of killing the goby or harassing him until he jumps out.

I know what you mean, the tomato was kind of large when we bought him, now he's grown beyond that and is probably a little too big for our tank... we tried like heck catching him last night but without taking everything out of the tank, there was no way. The goby made it through the night but he was again chased to the upper corner of the tank and it is obvious he wants out. I hope I can catch the tomato and take him to our LFS so we can have some peaceful friends in there-- what do you think?
