help w kole tang

About 2 weeks ago I found a yellow eye mole tang. He/she/it is awesome. startled eating immediately from clip,pellets, and frozen.
Came home from work today, and it seems to have developed white blotches on each side , kinda on the "fat part of its belly" . Almost like it eats so much and is getting stretch marks. Any help

My kole used to do that when it was stressed, as when I added a new fish. Usually, the patches would appear around its scalpel, but sometimes elsewhere on its body.

Does the patch just look faded? Are the scales raised? Any fuzziness? A picture may help.
