HELP! What is in my ZOA? A Worm?

I'm not sure if this is the right thread for this post, but I need some help identifying what this is.

First off, This is my first Zoa so I'm not sure if this is part of the animal or not. If it is... sorry for the ignorance.

Also, I'm sorry for the quality of the pics... my camera sucks... but I hope it is good enough that someone could tell me what it is.

In the pics, I circled the animal? and the line shows the angle and length of it... basically it comes out and touches the polyp and goes back in. Is this just part of the Zoa or something I do not want?

If it is something I do not want.. how do I get rid of it?

not really sure by the pictures. Could it be a bristle worm?

Hard to tell by the pics, but it appears to be moving. Use some tweezers and move it into a bowl and try to focus a bit better. Does it appear to be hurting anything? If not why worry? If your new at this you will find lots of critters to stress over, most are good; some aren't. Keep reading and asking. Try for some better pics.

Ok, I was able to capture it on video... a little clearer.

Look towards the bottom right of the white spot.

Yeah, the thing is I am not sure if it IS hurting anything or not. I was hoping someone could just say Yes it's safe or No take it out based off of their own experiences.

I sure hope it is ok because it looks cool moving around and such.

I turned on the lights to see if I could get a better pic, but the worm or whatever didn't come back out.

Ok... so now I'm really thinking this ZOA is growing on another animal. I can't believe I didn't notice this... I've had this for over a week.

In the below pictures you could see (hopefully) a hole where it is either pulling in water or spitting it out... it gets really wide, then really small, really fast like it spitting like my clam.

The red line is pointing to it.

What do you think?

Thanks for the links.... The only think I think it resemlbes is the SPIONID WORM (link below)... but I don't think it is because the "worm" in mine is much thicker or seems to be much thicker... but it does look like it is coming out of a small tube like it shows in the picture... kind of like a feather duster tube.
