From the picture, it just looks like copepods on the glass. Good sign for your tank and extra little food source.

Test your calcium. Extreme elevation of calcium looks like snow.

In the future please give a little text description too as to what we are supposed to be looking at in ID pictures..

But critters moving on the glass is harmless pods..
Not sure if someone has shared this link with you yet but its a good site to browse and see what the common "critters" that pop up in our tanks are and if they are bad or not..

Are those little critters on the glass moving? If so, i had those in my tank once.
