HELP What's Wrong With My Ricordia?

Hello All, My Ricordia is not doing so hot. I can't Figure out what's wrong with it. Does anybody know what i can do to save it?
I have it in my nano tank so it's getting 24 watts of lighting.

ok finally got around to getting my water parameters

time 11pm
temp. 77.5
sg.-37
salinity-1.027
Ph-8.4
alk-7
ammonia-0
nitrite-0
nitrate-20
calcium-450
phosphate-5


im going to do a 20% water change
hopefully this will help
or should i do a larger water change.

Are you adding any buffer into your system? Your salinity is a little high. I am concerned about the alk. you should be between 9-12.
 
I would also try and lower your nitrates. Water changes will help with that. Then figure out why they are high. My high nitrates were from over feeding....
