Can anyone identify this anemone? The sign just says 'long tentacle' but that doesn't look like others I have seen.

Is it possible to keep an anemone in a fairly new tank if you can spot feed it?

Any advise or concerns before I consider getting it?

Thank you!

Current inhabitants
Bonded pair snowflake clowns
1 flame angel
1 fire shrimp
5 snails

I have Hydra LEDs on the main tank, which I have read can be used if set properly, but in the sump I have Kessil H380 that it sounds like it may really love.

Is it the strong grow light spectrum that the zoo like?

Yup, I agree once dialed in. Watched brs video bout h380 great grow light, but on expensive side for me. :)

Do you think it would be stupid to put the nem down in the refugium in a large bowl of sand while the DT matures a little? I'm afraid if I crank up the lights too much in DT while the tank is still young I will lose the algae battle. Currently the Kessil keeps most of it growing in the fuge, but I have had cycles of hair algae, then cyano that is now receding.

Would the algae in the fuge bother the nem?

Would it be too warm for it?

The Kessil currently runs about 18 hours a day.
