Please help me out! I purchased three achilles tangs had them all in QT for three weeks with no problems at all. They were all eating great so I moved them to my display after a few days I noticed one of them had a wound of some sort on the bridge of his face between eyes and mouth I assumed he scraped it on the live rock now I am not so sure.. I left for a couple days and had someone tend to them when I returned one achilles had died and the other had a scrape too. the orginal one's wound looked worse too. By that I mean it was more opened up. It does look Littel puffy and is white where the skin was stripped. not sure what to do at this point they are in my display with two purple tangs neither one of which are showing any signs I have no idea what this is or what to do I'm assuming it's a type of bacterial infection what concerns me is my two displays are tied together in the other display I have a sohal which looks to be peeling doesn't look very serious now could of just brushed something a little bit in abdomen not sure if they are related at all I will try and get some pictures up just would like so help finding out what it is

The three achilles are in a 300 now i upgraded awhile back when I thought it would be a little small in a 220 I don't think this tank is too small for them I had them all in a 120 during QT never had any issues with them fighting but I believe you could be right it could have been from the achilles fighting or live rock but I believe it was due to a lot of stress my gyre was leeching electricity into my tank! It's the only thing I could figure out for now hoping to take care of the problem
mine does the same thing, pulled it out found the cable had a split and i could see wire about 2in form the pump body:headwalls: i think that had some thing to do with losing some sps that or cu was leaching form it idk. somehow it still worked to
