Help with an old anemone thread

A few years ago a few anemones surfaced that were insanely bright in color. Some people were saying they were dyed, or the pictures were under different lighting, or cold water or deep water anemones. I tried searching for the thread with no luck. I was just wondering what ever happened to them? I'm pretty sure someone bought them from a site that was being questioned.
