Help with coral

My coral are not opening up When i purchased them from the store they were all open with no signs of stress. I have them around 3/4 of the way down the tank its a 120. I have 2 VHO actinic white tubes and 2 actinic blues. 2 x 250 watt metal halides. The frags have been in the tank for 1 week now. What can i do to make them

Need water params, none of the corals I see in those pics look good.
