Help with firefish

For a while, my firefish has had internal parasites. He is thin, and I cannot get him into the QT. He is just too fast. Any ideas on how to treat internal parasites in a DT? I am feeding a mix of hikari mysis and Thera-a+ NLA pellets. It is a 36 gallon tank.

Can you maybe specify what you mean by internal parasite? Can you elaborate on what the fish looks like or the way he's acting. Don't wanna tell you to treat for anything unless we're sure

Sorry. He is this, you can see the outline of his skeleton a little. He has a bump on him, not ich. Just a bump. He eats a lot of food, but does not get any bigger
