Help with growth on Fu Man Chu mouth please

Could I please get some help identifying what this white growth is on the right side of the Fu Man's mouth.

Have so far put him through repeated FMS treatments which will cause it to recede somewhat but it just returns once the treatment has been completed.

Cupramine has had no affect on it all,

Any help or recommendations would be appreciated
