Help with Halides

I am going to install my new metal halide lights. It is two 250 watt about 11 inches above my 100 gallon. How big of a fan should I get for the hood and do I blow it into the canopy or suck air out? Any advice would be appreciated. Also where can I get some reflectors for my hood?

The PFO parallel reflectors are okay. If more efficiency is important, LumenArc makes a high-end reflector that's very good. They are sold in various online catalogs.

I would have the fans blow air into the canopy.

I can't remember the size of my fans but I installed two, one blowing cool air in and the other on opposite side blowing hot air out. My Hamilton fixure also came set up this way.

I decided to use simple computer fans. I have 3 on my canopy. 2 small ones that pull air into the canopy and a large one in the center that blows air out. They are all low voltage fans and run on a simple converter. I think I spent about $12 for the three of them online.

Well I want to get some PC Fans but I dont know how to plug it in because it uses some pin connector. Does someone know where I can get an adapter or converter.
