Help with hydrofoamer pump assy part number

Hello.

In the 2006 interzoo flyer, there was an ad for the hydrofoamer pump. I have not heard anything about it, and I assumed it would be out last september.

If this is available, what is the part number? I recently moved back to Canada, and I'm having a very hard time locating equipment. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I see the part number is 9400.040. Is this an item that is available in North America?
