Help with ich does freshwater dip kill it

I am building a upgrade tank. And have a qt tank setup for the new fish.

I think my coral beauty has ich.

I put two large rocks in the tank to get some bio bacteria. I will nuke the rocks before going into the new upgrade tank to kill off the ich.

First time to deal with fish sickness.
Do I treat the qt with an ich treatment or lower salinity?

All I have is 4 fish in qt 20l chromis small miller blenny angel and wrasse.

I guess I will just stop protein skimming and treat the tank.

What is a good quality ich medicine.
