help with ID

i know i need pics.. there coming soon. promiss. but in the mean-time.

i recieved some rock from oceanpro (dont buy from them, trust me). hawaiian dead base rock. on it was a approx 3" long black worm. i mean BLACK and it looks very much like a WORM. and i dont think its a bristle worm.. cant see any bristles anywhere.
.
any ideas to help?

working on it.. i cant find my dam usb cable.. i have like 10000 of them, but one has the smallest plug on it that man has ever made

holy cow... that looks alot like what i have... but the bristles i cant see on him.. the close up photo, second to last is a spitting image...

i cant believe this guy survived without water for all this time......
