Help with Identifying...

Okay guys I found this Little worm maybe slug looking thing in my tank. It is orangish brown with hundreds of little worm looking things coming out of its back they are yellow with dark bands on them. Here are some pics(Not a good Photographer) I will try to get some better ones.

I agree. At night mine will ride the current and float all over the tank.
